वोटर कार्ड के मुख्य विवरण
वोटर आईडी कार्ड में निम्नलिखित जानकारी शामिल होती है:
- EPIC नंबर: एक विशिष्ट अक्षरांकीय (Alphanumeric) संख्या।
- व्यक्तिगत जानकारी: कार्डधारक का नाम, फोटो, लिंग और जन्म तिथि।
- पारिवारिक विवरण: पिता या माता का नाम।
- क्षेत्रीय विवरण: विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का नाम और संख्या।
- सुरक्षा विशेषताएं: राज्य या राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक वाला होलोग्राम और बारकोड।
पात्रता और पंजीकरण (Eligibility & Registration)
मतदाता के रूप में पंजीकरण के लिए बुनियादी शर्तें:
- नागरिकता: आवेदक का भारतीय नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है।
- आयु: आवेदन के वर्ष की 1 जनवरी को आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।
- निवास: आवेदक उस निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का सामान्य निवासी होना चाहिए जहाँ वह पंजीकरण कराना चाहता है।
आवेदन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण फॉर्म
विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए अलग-अलग फॉर्म का उपयोग किया जाता है:
- फॉर्म 6: नए मतदाता के रूप में पंजीकरण के लिए।
- फॉर्म 6A: एनआरआई (NRI) मतदाताओं के पंजीकरण के लिए।
- फॉर्म 7: मतदाता सूची से नाम हटवाने या किसी नाम पर आपत्ति दर्ज करने के लिए।
- फॉर्म 8: विवरणों में सुधार (जैसे नाम, पता या फोटो बदलना) और पुराने कार्ड के बदले नया कार्ड प्राप्त करने के लिए।

पंजीकरण के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता होती है:
- पहचान और आयु प्रमाण: आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पासपोर्ट या 10वीं की मार्कशीट।
- निवास प्रमाण: राशन कार्ड, बिजली/पानी का बिल, बैंक पासबुक या किराया समझौता।
- फोटो: हाल ही की एक पासपोर्ट साइज रंगीन फोटो।

How to Fill New Voter Card and Correction Form Online 2026
- Registration and Corrections: Use the Voters' Service Portal (voters.eci.gov.in) or the Voter Helpline App.
- Digital Voter ID (e-EPIC): You can now download a digital version (PDF) of your Voter ID card, which is accepted as proof of identity during voting.
- Checking Your Name: Visit 'Electoral Search' to find your name in the voter list.
- For any assistance, you can call the toll-free helpline number 1950.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference
- Kindly Check and Collect the All Document - Eligibility, ID Proof, Address Details, Basic Details.
- Kindly Ready Scan Document Related to Recruitment Form - Photo, Sign, ID Proof, Etc.
- Before Submit the Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully.
- If Candidate Required to Paying the Application Fee Must Submit. If You have Not the Required Application Fees Your Form is Not Completed.
- Take A Print Out of Final Submitted Form.
